Estate's last tenant moves out
The order relates to number 20 Earl Marshall Close in Fir Vale.
Every other house has been vacated and some already demolished as part of a massive regeneration programme.

Hide AdFollowing the granting of the order at yesterday's cabinet meeting, the tenant will be re-housed in order for building work to progress.
In July the tenant said residing on the estate was like "living in hell" because empty properties surrounding him were being targeted by criminals.
The father of two grown-up children was desperate to move but his private landlord refused to sell the property to Sheffield Council.
Most flats at the complex were owned by Sheffield Council and residents were rehoused – but the man's home was bought from the authority under the right to buy scheme and was owned by a private landlord.

Hide AdSheffield Council spent a year and a half trying to negotiate with the owner to sell up but eventually had to use compulsory purchase powers.
