New boy Joe goes on the offensive
The workaholic forward believes his own performance levels have diminished in recent games - coinciding with three losses out of the last four games.
Talbot is not happy with his offensive production - and wants more goals and assists for himself and his linemates.

Hide Ad"I could be doing a little better," said Steelers' third top points-scorer.
"After the last couple of weeks, I would like to pick my game up. I am not finding the holes, not going to the right spots."
Talbot believes it's part of the continuing adjustment of playing in a new set-up.
"It's all a learning curve. It's a different style and different systems and coaching from my last team in Alaska (Aces), and it's a question of everybody getting on the same page."

Hide AdRight-shot Talbot and his wife, Natalie, say they are glad they made the move, after four seasons in Alaska.
"It is pretty much the experience that I was expecting and me and my wife are enjoying it.," he said.
"There are differences but it was still moving from one hockey town to another and the guys are great to work with and we have three solid lines.
"There are good fans here, and I have no regrets about coming to Sheffield."

Hide AdThe 27-year-old Canadian and his team-mates take on Manchester Phoenix tonight.
"We will be looking to win. We cannot afford to fall behind (league leaders) Coventry Blaze; we have got to be competitive," he said.
