Organised by the media team at Leyton Orient in the wake of football’s suspension earlier this month, the Owls have entered as 128 teams across the world, from Accrington Stanley to Ajax and St Mirren to Sydney.
Wednesday take on Cambridge United in their first-round clash this evening from 8pm. Supporters can watch live on streaming service Twitch on the club’s newly-established channel - www.twitch.tv/sheffieldwednesday.

Delee has been installed as one of the bookies’ favourites for the crown.
“When I first played on a console I'd have been four or five years old on my brother's Playstation One,” said the 23-year-old. “Then my first competitive stuff was in around 2010.
“I do feel a bit of pressure! I've seen myself on betting websites at 1/20 to win tonight and if I don't do that I'm going to lose some people a lot of money!

Delee is comfortable with being one of the favourites, but outlined players from Man City, Burnley, Ajax and Roma as tough competitors.
“I do get it because I've played in a few big things before, but there are a few players under the radar that are still pretty good. There are people who have qualified for as big tournaments as I have. I've just got to thrive on it.”
75% of money raised will go to EFL clubs struggling with the loss of matchday revenue in this difficult time. 25% will be split between MIND and the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fundraiser.
