Sheffield United gripped by FA Cup fever as hundreds of fans queue for hours around car park for Arsenal tickets

The Blades face Arsenal on March 22 in the quarter-final of the FA Cup, with tickets going on sale this morning to season ticket holders.
Queues formed before tickets officially went on sale at 9am and soon snaked past the club shop and up to the top of the Cherry Street car park.

Hide AdBy lunchtime, it had not dwindled and fans waited around 45 minutes for the queue to move from the club superstore to the ticket office.
Fans joining the back of the queue were told it would take around two hours to reach the front.
Tickets for the game are priced at £25 for adults, £20 for seniors 60+, £15 students/young adults and £10 Junior U18.
They are available for 2019/20 members with at least 150 loyalty points on Thursday, from 9am, and on Friday any fan on United’s database, with at least 150 points, will be able to buy tickets from 9am.
Only one ticket per customer number is permitted. Only the south stand, Kop and John Street family stand are open for this game.
