The 27-year-old, who has netted 14 times in the Premier League this season and laid on six assists, also said the Blades “didn't put up much of a fight” in the derby, which finished 2-1 to the home side at Elland Road.
He told The Official Leeds United Podcast: “As far as our games have gone, I think that was one of our worst. It sounds weird because we won but I don't think we played particularly well, we were a little bit sloppy.

Leeds went ahead through Jack Harrison before Ben Osborn equalised just before half-time. The hosts regained the lead early in the second half, however, courtesy of Phil Jagielka’s own goal, and missed several opportunities to add to their lead.
The Blades managed just one shot on target as they fell to their twenty-fourth league defeat of the season.
Bamford added: "I do think that if we were on our A-game, especially those last ten or fifteen minutes when we were breaking, you'd see we were running forward with five of our players and all of their players were struggling to get back.
"It was just that final pass wasn't there."
