Thomas Tuchel's side won 1-0 at Oakwell, with Tammy Abraham scoring the winner against United's neighbours from the Championship, and will face United at Stamford Bridge last month.
The two sides only recently met at Bramall Lane, when the Blues ran out narrow 2-1 winners thanks to Jorginho's penalty, after an Antonio Rüdiger own-goal cancelled out Mason Mount's opener.

Hide AdAnd Wilder, asked for his reaction to the quarter-final draw, admitted: "All of a sudden I became a big Barnsley fan!
"They gave it a right go, it was a difficult evening for Chelsea. The wicket wasn't the best and I was impressed by Chelsea.
"Unfortunately Barnsley didn't take the big moments or get the breaks, and I'm not saying for a minute it'd be a straightforward tie for us if we'd have got Barnsley.
"But I'd rather have gone up the road than go to Chelsea.
"But when you go deep in the competition, the majority of sides are top Premier League sides so the odds are that you'll pull out a difficult one.
"We have, but we'll go there and enjoy it."
