Fleetwood 0 Chesterfield 1: Spireites fifth away win
Sylvan Ebanks-Blake’s 30th minute poachers goal was the decisive moment, prodded home from a couple of yards after Dan Gardner somehow saw the ball hit the bar and fall down for his colleague to hit his sixth goal of the campaign.
The Spireites, who’ve never lost at Highbury, had to survive a strong period of Fleetwood pressure at the start of the second half, the Cod Army had an effort struck off for offside in that spell, but throughout the game Tommy Lee only had one top drawer save to make to deny David Ball at 0-0.

Dean Saunders made two changes. Ian Evatt returned from suspension to replace the suspended Dan Jones with Drew Talbot switching to left back and Sam Hird to right back.
The second change saw Rai Simons in for Lee Novak, who’s absent due to his wife giving birth last night. New signing Richard Wood, who played last weekend for Fleetwood on loan from Rotherham United, is on the bench.
Former Proact favourite Jimmy Ryan was missing from the Cod Army side, he picked up a fifth yellow card in the last moments of last weekend’s win against Barnsley.
