This involved a tripod, which was placed over the hole in the floor of the house and the woman was pulled up to safety on a board attached to a rope which was lowered down.
The woman was then taken to Northern General hospital as a precaution but it is not believed that she has any serious injuries.
It is understood that the floor gave way beneath her, although SYFR say they do not yet know how or why that happened.
