Unexpected Leppings Lane road closure in Sheffield causes traffic problems in Sheffield
A vehicle transporter has blocked the road while offloading machinery, according to South Yorkshire Police.
John Mothersole, Chief Executive of Sheffield City Council, said heavy lifting machinery has been delivered to remove debris left behind after last week’s heavy rain, which caused flooding across South Yorkshire.
A fallen tree is among the debris being removed.
