Sickness bug subsides at Sheffield school
A sickness bug which swept through a Sheffield school last week appears to be subsiding.
Intake Primary School in Intake had 166 children off on Thursday and 172 the following day after when a vomiting bug, believed to be the norovirus, struck.
A deep clean of the school was carried out by a specialist firm over the weekend in a bid to halt the spread of the bug.
