Sheffield United: Two Blades players named in EFL Team of the Year - but should there have been more?
John Fleck and Billy Sharp have been named in the EFL's Team of the Year today - but there is no place for Kieron Freeman, Mark Duffy or even manager Chris Wilder.
Sheffield United lead the League One table by nine points, from second-placed Bolton, and Sharp and Fleck have undoubtedly been key men. But nine-goal wing-back Freeman, Duffy and Wilder - who has lost just six league games in charge of his beloved Blades - were conspicuous by their absence. The decision, understandably, caused a storm on Twitter, with ex-Blade and Star columnist Kevin Gage leading the way.
