Sheffield United defender Jake Wright '˜back on the grass' after injury, reveals Blades boss Chris Wilder
The former Oxford man saw his start to the campaign disrupted when he suffered a broken cheekbone in a pre-season friendly at Stocksbridge Park Steels, and then he picked up a back complaint to keep him out of action for longer.
But ahead of tomorrow's trip to Ewood Park to face Blackburn Rovers, Wilder revealed that Wright is back at United's Steelphalt Academy training base and will shortly begin what he calls '˜the process' of getting back up to speed and declaring himself available for the first team.

'We might have to look at the team, anything can happen injury wise. Kean Bryan played for the U23s yesterday and only having Jake Wright unavailable is fantastic news.
'Jake is back on the grass, and in the next week to ten days he'll join first-team training. Then he'll start the process with U23 games, like a few other lads have done recently.'
