Sheffield Cathedral staff hit the streets for early morning outdoor workout
Reverend Canon Keith Farrow watched on as his staff were made to sweat during their circuit training outside the magnificent Cathedral grounds.
Staff at the Cathedral had signed up to The Fitness Truck, a new business launched by 30-year-old Pete Swatkins.

Hide AdPete explained the business is designed to help "everyday people achieve their fitness goals" by bringing the gym to workplaces and homes across Sheffield.
He said: "The Cathedral staff were apprehensive at first but loved their first session, one commenting that ‘this is much better than team building’ and there was a buzz at their weekly team breakfast afterwards.”
Revd Canon Keith Farrow said the workout was part of the support we offer staff towards their wellbeing, designed to care for their "body and soul".
He said: "Today, being Ash Wednesday, is the beginning of Lent when traditionally Christians give something up. I suppose one could say that the Cathedral staff are giving up being sedentary through taking up exercise."
