Residents flee burning Doncaster home
Residents had to flee their burning home in Doncaster last night.
A fire broke out in the attic of the home in Ivanhoe Road, Conisbrough, at 9.50pm.
Crews from Edlington, Rotherham Central and Dearne Valley fire stations spent more than an hour tackling the blaze.
An ambulance also attended as a precaution but was not needed.
A fire service spokesperson said all of the people inside got out and were uninjured.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
