Pedestrian, aged 81, seriously injured in collision near to medical centre in Rotherham
A man, aged 81, was seriously injured in a collision near a Rotherham medical centre.
He was struck by a blue Hyundai near to the entrance to Kiveton Park Primary Care Centre, Chapel Way, Kiveton Park, at 10.30am on Tuesday.
A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “The pedestrian, an 81-year-old man, suffered serious injuries as a result of the collision.
“He was taken to hospital where he currently remains in a stable condition. His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.”
