My wife is best cared for at home
My wife has been so diagnosed, nothing to boast about you will appreciate but, regrettably, you have to explain the reason to some people as to the manner in which she acts. This, unfortunately, is unavoidable, as people like myself didn't know it existed until three years ago.
Authority, family and friends say she should be in some respite where she will be taken proper care of. I confess my feelings towards this is adamant: not whilst I draw breath yet, sometimes, I wonder if I am doing the right thing by her?

Surely, this answers well my own doubts as to where my wife is best cared for.
