Metal thieves have been stealing lead from homes in Sheffield
A police warning has been issued about metal thieves targeting homes in Sheffield.

South Yorkshire Police said that over recent weeks a number of thefts of lead flashing have been reported in the Manor and Lower Manor areas.

Thieves have struck in Dawlands Close, Castlebeck Drive, Queen Mary Road, Normancroft Way and Angleton Gardens.

Anyone with information should call South Yorkshire Police on 101.
