Foreign Office confirm they are offering support to Doncaster woman seriously injured in Greece
Laurie Jay Balfour, aged 24, was two days into a holiday to Zanti in Greece when as she was dancing in a nightclub she fell and somehow dislodged a 15 stone nitrogen cannister which then fell on her.

Hide AdThe 24-year-old has spent the last six days fighting for her life but is now believed to be showing some slight signs of improvement.
A Foreign and Commonwealth Office spokesperson said: “We are in contact with the family of a British national who is in hospital in Athens, and will continue to offer our support.”
