Doncaster Rovers: Stop the rot and prevent a snowball
Boss Darren Ferguson has made the call as he looks to end his side’s recent slump which came after a superb climb up the table before the New Year.
Rovers have lost their last four matches as they head into a run of eight games in 30 days which will ultimately decide whether they are indeed embroiled in a relegation fight.

“Four weeks ago you’re thinking this could never happen,” he told The Star. “That’s how quickly things can snowball.
“We don’t want it to continue.
“It can actually snowball out of your own control at times.
“We know how important Saturday is and we’ve got to stop the rot of getting beat. There’s no question.”
Ferguson has commented on side appearing to lack confidence in recent weeks.

He said: “We do feel if we can get that result to give us the belief or whatever it is, I certainly feel we’ve got a team capable of going on another run again.
“There’s no question in my mind.
“It’s not as if I’m sat here thinking we’re clearly not good enough to get results. That’s not the case, we are good enough.
“We have to make sure we keep doing what we’re doing in terms of working hard and keeping our shape.
“And we have to improve in the last two bits of the pitch.
“But clearly, I can talk all day if I want about what we’ve got to do and how we’ve got to do it.
“We’ve simply got to do it on Saturday.”
