Woman caught in fancy dress at Sheffield Halloween party admits ‘I should be self-isolating’

She was busted at one of a number of unlawful parties in Sheffield, which broke Tier 3 coronavirus regulations, on Saturday, October 31.
Police officers issued nine £10,000 fines to rule breakers at illegal gatherings on Endcliffe Crescent, Endcliffe and Club Garden Road and Stalker Lees Road, both in Sharrow.

The woman caught admitting that she should have been self-isolating was at one of the parties raided by officers enforcing covid regulations.
In the early hours of Sunday, officers in Sheffield also discovered an illegal rave at a disused warehouse on Nursery Lane, Kelham Island.
Over 300 people were at the event, with photographs seen by The Star showing crowds of young people tightly packed into the venue.

Hide AdThey show doors to the venue barricaded by those at the rave to prevent the police from gaining entry.
But officers did eventually storm the venue and hundreds dispersed onto the streets surrounding streets.
A 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of obstructing a police officer and a sound system worth thousands of pounds was seized.
A police investigation is under way to track down the organiser of the illegal rave, who is also at risk of a £10,000 fine.
