Sheffield Magistrates’ Court heard on February 27 how Fisehazien Amahadari Tsegai, 27, of Chesterfield Road, Sheffield, admitted driving a Toyota Carolla without due care and attention on East Bank Road, Sheffield, on the basis he collided with a lamppost.
Mark Hughes, prosecuting, claims there was a collision with a pedestrian and a pram on September 7 but Tsegai denies hitting the pedestrian and claims his collision was with a lamppost and that the pedestrian fell.
