Christopher Syphas, aged 24, was captured grinning when his police custody photograph was taken after his arrest over the burglary of a house in Wynyard Road, Hillsborough, last November.
Syphas, of no fixed abode, was jailed for four years after pleading guilty to burglary.

Hide AdSheffield Crown Court heard how Syphas, who has previous convictions for burglary, stole a safe, which contained valuables, in his latest raid.
He was identified via blood left at the scene.
Detective Sergeant Lee Corker said: “Burglary is an intrusive and distressing crime and we carry out a lot of proactive work to target those who commit this crime.
“Syphas is now behind bars and we hope this reassures the communities of Sheffield that we work relentlessly to identify suspects, apprehend offenders and bring them before the courts.”
