Mark Dench, aged 45, of Doncaster Road, Thrybergh, Rotherham, was stopped by police in Rotherham who discovered he was over the limit for driving under the influence of cannabis, according to a Sheffield Magistrates’ Court hearing on August 20.
Deputy District Judge Phillip Houlden said police claimed Dench’s speed had kept altering and they could smell cannabis so the defendant took a drug-swipe test.
