Sheffield Crown Court heard on September 22 how Jack Tomkins, aged 23, of Crumpsall Road, Norwood, Sheffield, caused or incited a child into a sexual activity by allowing the youngster to touch him in June and he was also caught by police with a variety of indecent images on his digital devices.
Gordon Stable, prosecuting, said Tomkins had exposed himself to the youngster, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, and he had allowed her to touch him and he filmed this with a camera on his phone.

She added Tomkins has shown genuine insight and remorse and it is hoped measures can be put in place to reduce the risk of him re-offending.
Tomkins, who has no previous convictions, pleaded guilty to causing or inciting a child to engage in a sexual activity and to four counts of possessing indecent images.
