Police probes continue after three shootings in 48 hours in Sheffield

A police cordon was put in place on Kenninghall Road, Arbourthorne, last night after reports of gunfire.
South Yorkshire Police said nobody was injured but the incident is being treated as a ‘targeted attack’.

Hide AdThere was also police activity on Myrtle Road and Walden Road in Heeley.
It came just two days after another two shootings in Arbourthorne.
Homes were shot at on Errington Avenue and Aylward Road in less than 10 minutes.
Two men, aged 20 and 22 and a woman, 24, were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remained in police custody last night.

Hide AdThere have been a spate of gun attacks in Arbourthorne and Heeley over recent months including one in which a 12-year-old boy was shot.
