Councillor’s promise to Sheffield community left ‘appalled’ after fatal stabbing...

Kamran was found seriously injured in Club Garden Road, Highfield, at 2.15am on Sunday and was taken to hospital by ambulance but died a short time later.

Detective Inspector Scott Harrison, investigating the murder, said it is being treated as an isolated incident and there is no risk to the wider community.

It is not being linked with a fatal shooting in Burngreave in the early hours of yesterday, in which 20-year-old Ramey Ghalib was killed.

Anyone with information on the Highfield murder should call South Yorkshire Police on 101 and quote incident 99 of November 15.
