Mexborough woman given another community order after breaching restraining order by turning up at another female's home

A community order and restraining order were first issued by Doncaster Magistrates’ Court on October 2 after Kerry O’Grady damaged a window at the woman’s home in the Conisbrough area in April, valued at £100, and was also found in possession of a bladed article.
O’Grady, 31, of High Street, Mexborough, admitted the original offences, but again turned up at the woman’s home on January 27, breaching the restraining order, records show.

Hide AdShe admitted breaching the order when she reappeared before the court on January 28.
Magistrates revoked the original community order and imposed another, which will run for 18 months.
O’ Grady must complete upto 40 supervision days with the Probation Service by July next year as part of the order, records show. She must also pay a £95 victim surcharge.
