Man arrested after police chase through Sheffield involving cars, vans and dogs
More than half a dozen police cars and vans were reportedly involved in the pursuit through the Abbeydale Road area of the city, along with police dogs.
South Yorkshire Police said officers had stopped a vehicle which smelled of cannabis on Archer Road on Sunday, September 27, at around 2.05am.

Hide AdA man inside the car was searched and a quantity of suspected cannabis was recovered.
"The individual is then believed to have run from officers, before being arrested on Plymouth Road on suspicion of possession of a Class B drug, driving without insurance and drug driving,” added a spokeswoman for the force.
"He has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.”
One witness described seeing more than half a dozen police cars and vans involved in the pursuit, during which he said a man had run into one of the passages between the houses on Abbeydale Road before being caught.
