Firefighters tackle blaze at derelict Sheffield pub
Crews were called to the pub on Broad Street, close to the Park Square roundabout in Sheffield city centre, at 7pm yesterday.
They found that a pile of rubbish had been set alight.

This morning firefighters were called out to a Vauxhall Astra torched in Wordsworth Drive, Parson Cross, Sheffield and some conifers set alight in Cross Street, New Rossington, Doncaster.
A number of bins were set alight in a bin store in Eldon Street, Barnsley and a caravan was fired in Sheffield Road, Crow Edge, Barnsley.

Hide AdOver recent days, Sheffield firefighters have dealt with vehicles torched in Eastern Avenue, Arborthorne; Chesterfield Road, Lowedges and Sussex Street in the city centre.
Barnsley crews dealt with vehicle fires in Barrowfield Road, Thurnscoe; The Grove, Cudworth; Lund Lane, Lundwood and Riverside Close, Darfield.
Last Sunday afternoon, a derelict house was set alight in Churchill Avenue, Maltby, Rotherham.
