A road in a Sheffield suburb was sealed off last night due to a police incident, with some worried residents fearing a shooting.
Ferrars Road, Tinsley, was sealed off and placed under police guard but South Yorkshire Police has not yet disclosed why.
A police cordon was erected and police officers were seen searching the street.
