Sheffield Magistrates’ Court heard today, Thursday, February 13, how Daymon Victor Pickering, 27, of Ravenscroft Drive, Richmond, failed a roadside breath test after he was seen driving by police on Errington Road, Arbourthorne, on January 15.
Mark Hughes, prosecuting, said Pickering was taken into custody and he provided breath samples and registered 84 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
