Care home rated as 'good' following inspection from Government health regulator
The Heights Care Home in Tupton was rated as good against the criteria of being safe, caring, responsive to residents’ needs and was well-led by managers.
Residents and their relatives gave positive feedback. Comments from residents included: "The staff are lovely. They respect and care for us.”

Hide AdThe inspectors said that people living in the home, which is run by Four Seasons Health Care, felt safe and were treated with care and kindness, dignity and respect.

It is also heartening to see the very positive comments by residents and their relatives and to know the team is so well appreciated.”
