The Old Chapel, on Main Street in Grenoside, dates back to 1904 and was built using stone from local quarries.
Haus, the estate agent handling the sale, says the property ‘offers a beautiful interior on three floors with four reception rooms, an open-plan breakfast kitchen and a conservatory, as well as having four first floor double bedrooms’.
The building ‘retains numerous period features while offering a lovely, homely feel throughout’, the firm adds.
