Hide AdSigns for the American-style diner first appeared in March last year, just weeks after Sinclairs moved to its new home on Ecclesall Road, and it was advertised at the time as opening in July 2019.
In October, it announced it was hiring chefs, kitchen assistants and crew members, but the planned opening date has been pushed back several times before now.
The operators initially applied to open until 11pm seven days a week and upset some residents last autumn when it sought to extend the opening hours to 4am.
Customers have been given the chance to win a motorbike, located at the entrance to the venue, by taking a snap and sharing it to Instagram.

Sinclairs’ managing director Christian Sinclair told last year that he had decided to move because his staff were ‘constantly inundated’ with drunks and drug addicts outside the store and along West Street.
