Staff at Cantley’s McAuley Catholic High School recorded a karaoke version of the famous disco anthem to raise a smile for students working from home during the coronavirus lockdown.
And the 76-year-old American star has shown her support for the clip, replying to a tweet about the teachers’ exploits with a ‘clapping hands’ emoji as well as a love heart.

Hide AdTeachers were seen singing and dancing as they work from home because of the pandemic.
The clip was the brainchild of school chaplain Polly Witter and Year 10 behaviour and achievement leader Rachel Jackson.
Head John Rooney said: “This a great and fun way to put a much needed smile on faces as well as making people a little closer together.”
