Luke Ulas shared this photo of a sign he spotted showing the late, great Bruce Forsyth with his famous catchphrase cleverly altered to serve as a light-hearted reminder for people to keep their distance during the coronavirus crisis.
Instead of ‘nice to see you, to see you nice’, the catchphrase most associated with The Generation Game and Strictly Come Dancing host, it reads ‘nice two metre, two metre nice’.

Luke’s tweet, celebrating ‘a sense of humour being maintained in Sheffield’, has gone viral, generating more than 8,000 likes and 2,000 retweets.
He doesn’t know who attached the sign to the telephone pole on Machon Bank Road in Nether Edge, but whoever’s responsible deserves a ‘Brucie Bonus’.
